- GET AIR allows limited food items including cake, cupcakes and fruit and veggie platters. All other food and drink must be ordered through GET AIR. Food not on the allowed items list will require a $50 outside food fee. This fee is waived when purchasing the Flippin’ Awesome package or The Big Bounce package.
- Substitutions may be given if selected food and drink options are unavailable.
- Parties can be rescheduled for FREE up to two days before the party. However, a $50 fee will be applied for those rescheduling within 48 hours of the party.
- Little Air jumpers under 46 inches are allowed in the Little Air area and one–at–a–time obstacles. Big jumpers and little jumpers aren’t allowed to jump together to keep all jumpers safe.
- All guests, jumpers and non–jumpers, are REQUIRED to sign a waiver.

GET AIR allows limited food items including cake, cupcakes and fruit and veggie platters. All other food and drink must be ordered through GET AIR. Food not on the allowed items list will require a $50 outside food fee. This fee is waived when purchasing a Flippin’ Awesome party package.
You and your guests should arrive 15 minutes early, except for those parties booked at the time the park opens. Those parties will check-in when the doors open.
Parties can be rescheduled for free up to 48 hours before the party. However, a $50 fee will be applied for those rescheduling within 48 hours of the party. If you decide to cancel the party, the $120 party deposit is non-refundable.
Little Air jumpers under 46 inches are allowed in most areas of the park, but for their safety, they are not allowed on the main court, dodgeball court and some Ninja Course features. There are plenty of areas in the park where big and little jumpers can be together.
All guests, both jumpers and non-jumpers must complete a Get Air safety waiver. We highly recommend that waivers are filled out by everyone before the party date by accessing them through the park website. A waiver kiosk is available at the park, but the parent or legal guardian must fill out the waiver for any individual under the age of 18.

We held my twins 5th birthday party at Get Air Trampoline Park. Get Air was extremely accommodating and helpful in assisting me with coordinating, set up, facilitating the party, and clean up. I was especially impressed by Ana, who volunteered to help me with decorating and party set up (even though she was not "assigned" as my party helper) and Damon who constantly asked me if there was anything he could do to help and was happy to assist me with anything I asked of him during the party and clean up. We had a party for my two year old son and everything was excellent. Our host, Erick, was awesome in keeping everything oganized. He set up the tables, brought goodies on time, and constantly asked if everything was okay. GET AIR in Palm Desert has amazing party service, I would definitely do another event here!
