GET AIR has adjusted its rescheduling policy in response to COVID-19/Coronavirus. We will allow the rescheduling of parties/events and waive the typical $50 rescheduling fee. As an alternative to rescheduling, we are allowing guests to use their deposit toward jump credits for future visits at GET AIR. Unfortunately, our systems don’t allow us to process refunds for party deposits after 72 hours of booking. If you are interested in rescheduling, please fill out the form below and we will be in contact with you. If your party is not rescheduled before your party date, this policy will still be followed. As a result of the COVID-19 outbreak, the form submissions will not be checked on a regular basis, as we’ve sent staff home. Every submission will be responded to when the parks begin to re-open.
