Return Policy

Jump Time & Party Packages

All sales are final. Purchases for services such as jump time and party packages cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless prohibited by law.

Merchandise

You may bring your unused merchandise and purchase receipt to any Get Air Trampoline Park location for return or exchange. Returns will be issued in store credit for the original price paid. Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Items must be returned to a park location — they cannot be processed online.
  • Receipts will be required for all refunds or exchanges.
  • Merchandise returned without the original receipt will not be accepted.
  • Items that are opened or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange.
